AddCap Holding Sdn Bhd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with a Saudi Arabia-based logistics and real estate development group to establish a strategic furniture supply partnership targeting Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 programme. The MOU outlines a framework for supplying residential and commercial furniture from Suifour Furniture's Sungai Buloh manufacturing facility to Saudi Arabia, with a projected supply pipeline value of RM206 million over an initial three-year agreement period. Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 programme includes the construction of more than 700,000 new residential units and major commercial infrastructure developments, representing a significant and growing market opportunity for Malaysian furniture manufacturers with the scale to deliver. "This MOU is a defining moment for AddCap," said the Group CEO. "We are not waiting to go global. We are building our international footprint now — so that when we approach the capital markets, investors see a business that is already operating across multiple geographies." Formal supply contracts and logistics arrangements are expected to be formalised in 2026.
